To get to Stratton from the M5, take the A30 and exit at the second Okehampton turning which is signposted Holsworthy and Bude.  Follow the signs to Bude.  Once in Stratton, turn right by the Kings Arms and up into the village, turning right into Church Street.  You will see Drangway cottage on your right with the stone front opposite the war memorial.
